I replaced my older AT&T 2-line phones with this. The headset is nice, but had to pair it as a phone and not a headset to get it to work. The clarity of the audio on the headset is very good. I find that I need to speak a bit louder than normal for my customers to hear me clearly. Battery life of the handsets is typically 2-3 days....but of course that depends on how much they are used.

Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. There are two things that I wish this could do (that my prior AT&T phones did) and those are: more easily review call log history (rather than go through a menu) and see caller ID waiting. Perhaps there is a setting for caller ID waiting, but it is not obvious.
