We had a set of 3 phones, but were down to only one that actually worked. These were easy enough to program, and I like some of the features like when it actually speaks the name of the person who's calling. Nice looking and sturdy phones. Answering machine is easy to use. Going to buy another set for my parents, who also still use home phones. We've only had them for a few weeks, but so far - so good!

Seems To work fine. Some difference in sound I don’t like but it may adjust itself.

I still love to have a phone in several different rooms, and this works for me. I can even add more phones if I choose!

I love it! I wanted a phone with handsets for each floor of home, and especially one with the "old time" answering machine, to avoid cost of supplier voicemail. It works as hoped for. The settings were very easy to set up and the instruction book is very clear for all aspects of the phone functions. I like the choices of tone and volume, and able to use all without having to put handset to my ear (hard of hearing). Highly recommend for whatever you are looking for.

We like this product very much. In fact, I just ordered another handset for a total of four.

Nice phones. Replaced my old ones. Big numbers and bright letters on the handsets. Surprised announcement of caller too! I would recommend these if you need a basic phone.

Only stores 50 people in directory.

Its a little early as we have only had it a short time. So far it seems to be great. Wish the commands would be a little different like for call transfer ... a button saying transfer and extension #. It makes you hit menu/select two times before transferring. I really love the headset that I purchased with the system.

There are smudges on the displays that will not come off .

will not keep the correct time and the rings are real low

not crazy about it, I have voice mail so I don't like the answering machine part of it. Maybe it will grow on me, our last AT&T phone last 20 + years.

The phone did not work.. I sent it back.

Sent it back, unfortunately was not compatible with my mom’s setup
