This works well with the cordless phone system

headset hooked up to existing phones easy and has good reception

For a long time I have used headsets that connected via the typical telephone jack. Sound was so-so and the headset did not fit all that well so you were happy to stop using it.

In contrast, this headset works very well, and essentially acts as another phone (without a dialer). The headset is comfortable and is very comfortable for those hour long conversations.

It's clearly worth thinking about.

received the unit three days after ordered.
this unit if it doesn't keep charging in the charger, the next morning lost all the battery and had to wait for the full charge then I can use the unit, it is short of inconvenience. I think I might have to continuously sitting the head phone on the charger.

Works well, as expected.

An earlier model, TL-7610, has an outgoing audio volume control. The newer model does not. We miss that feature.

This device is excellent for me, as I have several hearing problems. The sound is good and it is fairly easy to use. Some tasks just take practice. The wireless feature is terrific for me, since I often have to take notes and being able to use my hands is most welcome. I would definitely recommend it. My only problem is that some of the tasks could be better explained.

Good sound quality overall but a bit of static. Fast and easy set up.

There is no way to increase the volume of the microphone so unless the mic is at your lips it doesn't pick up your voice. I can now position it better but my old version of the same type of device was more flexible to use.

If you are using the headset, it sounds OK, but the person at the other end will complain that the audio is poor

This headset is a dect6 but it would not connect to my new dect 6 tl88002 . So now I have a new set of 6 headsets and a base but I'm out of luck for getting a headset. The factory outlet store did send me a second headset but neither of them would work . I had one of these for an earlier phone, and I loved it. Very sad I miss my headset

Only the old model worked this is the fourth headset from this model that I am ordering when I realized that this model is just not good

NOT ABLE TO PAIR IT W/MY AT&T HAND HELD OFFICE PHONE

The headset has an over the head adapter, but the mic will not rotate up. If it is rotated up without thinking it floppy and the caller has a very hard time hearing. Got a replacement because I thought it was defective. No, the 2nd one has done the same thing. Poor product!!!

After 1 week of use the battery won't stay in have to tape it to use head set.

Speaker went bad with in a month

I was using this wireless headset and I went to adjust the mouth piece and it broke right off.
