Very nice phone set!
Great phone system 4 stars because had a bit of a problem with the lines working will with the answering machine going to fax line. Still trying to figure it out. Otherwise we're very happy with the phones.

unable to hear
We bought these for a business and had several callers say they could not hear us. It was on multiple handsets that the complaints were made. We returned and had to pay the restocking fee.

DO not purchase /misrepresentation of the phones performance
Very poor quality phones/ misleading description; were it not for the hassle/cost to return this item, I would definitely return.
