We have been using this type of phone for 6 years. This phone is very portable. We take it outside when we are expecting a phone call. A good buy with excellent functions!

there are many features which I have not had the chance to use yet. Caller id works fine. I need to set up the caller blocking feature to try and stop all the spam calls. These phones are very good and easy to use.

It’s a good product and I like it but I wish that the phone would light up more when I have it on because it’s a little hard for me to see which numbers are on there.

This was one of the few sources I had for replacing my old phones. Works well so far.

Easy to install and use. Only had to refer to online-manual once.

I don't understand why the base phone must be hooked up to the computer? The location of my hook up is not very accessible. I'm mostly satisfied with my phone and would recommend AT&T to others.

Phones have a fair number of features. Fairly easy to program. Sound quality OK, but could be improved. Battery life is good.

Would like more audio clarity while using phone.
"Tone" works sometimes but can make things worse while you change it and you miss some of the conversation from the caller.Was hoping to get a more unsophisticated unit without a lot of stuff only a business would use but with extended volume control voice clarity. Also, cannot get caller id to appear on my tv. Didn't have any trouble with the last phone and it might be I'm suppose to sync the two somehow. Anyway, it's an improvement over my last one.

This product replaces an ATT3 phone set we had since
2006. It is lighter weight, poorer light in the handset and
shakier dial tone and dialing sequence. Volume is
similar to the old set, but I don't think this is of the same
quality. Ringer is very harsh on both calls and paging.
Would recommend a costlier set.

The set of AT&T phones we replaced were better than these! These are o.k. They could be better, sound and rejecting robot calls for example.

Back drop not well lit. Numerals too small to read. No active voice to record incoming calls. Just not really happy with its performance..

phone o.k., not a wall phone

Phones keep cutting out. People on the line will suddenly stop hearing me. Also, calling from one phone to an extension sometimes volumn is reduced to the point of having to yell into the phone.
