This is really residential. Can't handle rhe needs of a small business.

The answering messages never worked from the beginning, messages get cut off, incoming and outgoing. I would not recommend this phone system.

We purchased the system with great expectations to replace an old, obsolete, and problem plagued system; however, we could not get the system to work for us. We tried to switch systems over a weekend and had multiple people try to make the system work for us but we were all unsuccessful. Therefore we returned the system for a refund. We really like all the features of the system and really wanted the system to work for us. We feel the system is really a five star system and will work great for most users; it just did not work for us.
