This phone system is very intuitive and user friendly. We had a Nortel PBX with Call Pilot for close to 20 years, we couldn’t even figure out how to change the out going message without having a phone professional come in. And for all the cost it didn’t even give us the caller Id info that was provided by the phone company! This is great, we removed the pbx and self installed this in it’s place in about 3 hours. Everybody understand all the features and how to use them.
