Very happy with these phones. They're easy to hold in your hands since they taper inward where the numbers keys are located. The menu is easy to follow, and the keys have big, easy to see numbers.

Works much better than the last one.

I previously had this phone for 7 yrs but it finally was nonfunctional. I tried 2 others phones, both Panasonic, but they were very confusing to learn plus their sound was like talking in a tunnel. I was so surprised to learn that this phone, which l originally had in 2013, was still available. The only feature l wish it had was call blocking, a must in this day and age!! I downloaded the 90-page manual and it is easy to follow.

My previous phone was AT&T. It was great. However, the answering machine quit working.
Thought the newer version would be fine. Can't get the answering machine to work at all. Too many buttons to push just for simple tasks.
