The phone is great just wish it had 2 additional features. One that could block the incessant spam calls that start at 6 AM and that it showed I have voice mail. My portable phones show VM but not this corded phone
I’ve had this phone before, probably 12-15 years and used it as a wall phone in the kitchen. The LED name & number display went out on it so I needed another one. I ordered the same phone. I like it, it has many features I like having and has served me well for several years! So now I have another just like it!
This phone replaced an earlier Southwestern Bell telephone, which I had for several years. This CL2909 is good quality, easy to use and has features such as a volume increase button and a speaker for hands-free listening.
I'm sure I'll get many years of service from this model.
Happy with my AT&T Wall phone! It’s my 3rd one in about 30 years! Don’t have my caller ID set up right yet, it has stopped working due to my switch over to the Verizon Fios Service! Have to follow up on how to set the caller ID up !
I like the phone very much, but I'm unhappy with the extra phones you sent. I only wanted one phone, but since then I received two or three more of these phones all duplicates. I sent them back and was told that you'll give me credit for it as well as the postage that I paid. I'm now waiting for the credit. Thanks for your follow up. Please let me know about the credit.
.It's used as a wall phone, has caller id, room to store numbers, very legible numbers. Easy set up. Sound quality is good. Happy to find a usable phone for a landline.
I have had a similar AT&T phone before and it has lasted many years before fading. I am glad that I am able to purchase this similar one these years later. I have no complaints and this phone meets my needs well.
This phone suffers from corrosion in the battery compartment. I live on the Gulf of Mexico and the salt atmosphere is too much for the inserted batteries. I have two of these phones and they both exhibit this concern. Other than that the phone operates just fine. Too bad theres no way to replace the battery box.
My wife and I are very satisfied with this new land line. In less than a week we received the item and had no problem with any set-up features. We especially like the loud ringer, the caller ID display and the speaker phone option. Thank you for offering a land line that fits our needs at a affordable price.
I ordered 3 phones to replace existing poorly functioning phones. Phones arrived on time, well packaged, function as expected. The only problem is the text on the screen is small, hard for old eyes to see well. Other than that phones are exactly what I wanted.
The phone is fine for a replacement of a wall mounted phone but the cord that plugs in the wall is too long and hard to tuck away in the back. Wish the caller ID screen was larger as it is very difficult ro read.
I ordered 2 I have used these phones in my business for years. Hung them on the wall 1 worked great the 2 one stopped after a few days. I already threw the box away so I couldn’t return it. I had to use a handset from my old phone it works but looks bad.
